How do i submit a tender?

| On a form available at the desk on site when you inspect the vehicle, or via the tender form available on the web by clicking here. |

Where do i leave the completed form?

| There are boxes provided at the front wall of our premises when you inspect the vehicle, these boxes have a large LETTER on the front, the tender box letter will be listed beside the stock number of that vehicle OR, you may complete the online tender form, the tender will be printed and placed into the correct box. |

| Who sees the information on the form? |
| Only the vendor - unless the vendor specifically requests the vehicle tenders management to retrieve their tenders for them. |

| What are the conditions of tender? |
| You will need to look at the Terms of Use page which is found here. |

| Why do we not get all the results for previously tendered vehicles? |
| We rely on information released by the vendor for publication. |

| How much is the buyers premium? |
| There is none! your tender price is all you pay! |
 |
| Is G.S.T charged on top of the tender price? |
| NO! the price you tender is inclusive of G.S.T |
 |
| How do I put a vehicle up for tender? |
| Call Pam on & arrange the details with her |

| I can only see last weeks list in my web browser? |
| Hit the refresh button - this should make your web browser reload the page. If not, you may have to make sure your browser is not "caching" the page - in Internet Explorer go to the Tools menu and choose Internet Options. On the "General" tab, click the "Settings" button and tick "Every visit to the page" where it says "Check for newer versions of stored pages". Then click OK, and try refreshing the page. |

| The page looks funny or the images are missing? |
| Hit the refresh button - this should make your web browser reload the page. If the problem continues, e-mail the webmaster by clicking here and describe the symptoms, including what operating system and web browser you are using. |

| It's Friday Night and the list is not up? |
| We are probably working on it, the aim is to have it posted before 9am Saturday, though it will quite often be available a lot earlier than that. |

| I'm out of town and need details or a more detailed photo of the vehicle? |
| E-mail Pam (pam@vehicletenders.co.nz) describing your specific needs. If it is possible, Pam will be happy to e-mail you the picture or details you require. |

| E-mail Pam who will respond as quickly as possible and possibly add your question to the list if it is likely to come up again - this way, we all end up better off! |
