Terms of Use
- Highest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
- All vehicles sold will be deregistered unless otherwise stated.
- All vehicles for sale by tender are " as is where is " and free from any encumbrances.
- Only successful tenders will be notified and no correspondence or discussion will be entered.
- All tenders must be on the official tender forms provided unless prior arrangement has been made ie; e-mail, fax and placed in appropriate tender box.
- Successful tenders:
- All vehicles must be paid for by bank cheque or cash unless other arrangements have been made with insurer or vendor.
- Vehicles must be removed from the premises by no later than Thursday 12.00pm following tender closure.
Non-compliance with these conditions will result in you paying extra storage charges, or your tender becoming void.
- Suitable identification must be produced prior to uplifting vehicles.
- Drivers license
- Passport
- Birth Certificate
- All terms & conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
- Non-Compliance with any or all conditions will void your tender
